Coaching Fees are fixed for all my clients.

Depending on the commitment time, the Coaching Service (Platinum or Whats-app Only Coaching) fees will vary accordingly.

  • Platinum Online Coaching :- Commitment times & Fees
  1. Commitment times Available for Platinum Clients are no less than 8 Weeks (2 Months)

  2. Platinum Clients Receive a premium service in terms of Versatility of communication and one on one time with me. And so, Fees are naturally higher. To Give you an estimate, Coaching fees Range from 100 $ and no more than 120$ US dollars per month, , Depending on the commitment time.

  • Whats-App Only Coaching :- Commitment Times & Fees
  1. Commitment Times available for Whats-app Only Clients are no less than 8 Weeks (2 Months)

  2. Whats - App Only Coaching Clients Receive a very basic form of coaching, Which does not include the luxury of having your own Google Sheet with Hyperlinked exercises, Tables for Body-weight and training weights registration & much more. And so, Fees will be naturally lower. To give you an Estimate, Coaching fees Range from 70$ to no more than 90$ US dollars per month, Depending on the commitment time.

  1. How long will it take for me to receive my Customized Training and Nutrition Program ? 

    Customizing a Training Program along with dietary recommendations takes anywhere form 3-5 days. As programs are customized to the individual according to many factors such as training age, goal, limitations with regards to previous injuries..etc.

  2. Are there any refunds ?

    I don’t believe in the concept of refunds when you’ve made a commitment to changing your physique. Read more in the Coaching Terms and Conditions Here

  • What can I expect to get out of our call together ?

Guidance. A lot of people are often overwhelmed by the amount of information that is out on the internet. I can give you solid guidelines to which you can follow and better yourself from there. Whether it's regarding training or nutrition.

Just make sure to write down all your questions down so that you don't forget anything during our call.

Have most of your personal details so that I'am able to help you. (Such as Age/Height/Weight/ Days avilable for training/ Daily Food intake in terms of Protein/Carbs/Fat)

  • When will our skype consultation be ?

  • Do you offer coaching for individuals currently taking performance-enhancing drugs such as anabolic steroids?

    No. My knowledge and experience is strictly about natural bodybuilding/fitness. As we all know, performance enhancing drugs changes the game.

    I have nothing against people who use PED's but I personally do not use of them and will/would never coach or recommend them for anyone of my clients.

  • Do I need any supplements in conjunction with your programs/coaching?

No. Supplements do what they're named, Supplement. However, If you're the type of person with an extremely busy schedule and will not be able to pre- cook your meals and constantly having to eat out. Then I would definitely recommend some supplements as a form of convenience, Nothing more.

No supplement provides something which you cannot already obtain from whole food sources.
